Description

Designing engines with low volume and high efficiency and low fuel consumption has always been one of the biggest challenges of car manufacturers. On the other hand, the pleasure of driving with high power and acceleration requires large and powerful engines. The effective factors in the quantity and quality of the intake air and proper explosion in internal combustion engines are: 1- The amount of kinetic energy of the intake air molecules 2- Turbulence of the intake air flow 3- Friction and decrease in the intensity of the air flow in the passing channels 4- Balanced mixing of air and fuel 5 – Amount and flow rate of incoming air 6- Speed of flame propagation.

This invention, which is designed to achieve the aforementioned goals, works based on the molecular kinetic theory of gases, which includes translational and vibrational movements in liquids and gases.

This method increases the kinetic energy of vibration transfer, and creates turbulence in the air flow entering the engine, as well as increasing the speed of the smoke resulting from combustion.

 In addition to increasing the speed and flow rate of the air entering the engine, it reduces the friction of air molecules with the walls of the passing channels, which is the main reason for the decrease in the intensity of the air flow.

This method, due to the intense vibrational movements of the air flow exposed to fuel spraying, causes balanced mixing of fuel and air and increases the speed of flame propagation and strong explosion, because thin and thick throats outside the range of fuel in the combustion chamber are the main cause of incomplete combustion and pollution production
