Automatic adjustment valve for all 4-stroke engines

Description

After the invention of the 4-stroke engine in 1875, i.e. 148 years ago, these engines have always been involved with one problem, and that is the problem of adjusting the valves during expansion and contraction. In 1930, the Cadillac company offered an automatic valve adjustment with a hydraulic mechanism, which is somewhat this problem was solved, but the Cadillac valve has several weaknesses.

In the new method, all the problems of the available valve have been solved, and a small set consisting of 3 parts has replaced the available valve, and it can be installed on all 4-stroke engines with small and large cylinder volume.

Disadvantages of Cadillac’s automatic adjustment valve:

1- The valve mechanism is hydraulic, that is, it requires oil pressure.

2- It has relatively complex parts that break down over time.

3- It is sensitive to dirty engine oil and will fail if exposed to it.

But the new mechanism does not have all the above problems and does not need oil and hydraulic system, therefore it is very cheap.
